Oga, ki'lo de yo itumo alaitunse?

Mo tumo oro yii: born 23 April 1983) je agba tenis ara Slofakia.

Se e feran Geesi ju Yoruba lo?

Sorry about labeling your response as vandalism. Wiki entries have to be in the wiki's local language. English goes on the English Wikipedia. Thanks. Techman224 (ọ̀rọ̀) 02:04, 3 Oṣù Kejì 2013 (UTC)Reply
Pẹlẹ, the guy removing it most likely does not speak Yoruba. If you find any problem you can't fix, feel free to post it here. I'll fix them for you. As for me, the only African language I can begin to speak is Èdè Tswánà, and I don't even know much in that language. So sorry if you've had any problems. It's probably just someone who doesn't speak Yoruba reverting your edits. PiRSquared17 (ọ̀rọ̀) 02:16, 3 Oṣù Kejì 2013 (UTC)Reply

OK, I see. It is very annoying. This is the exact reason why I am heistant to spend more time on Yoruba Wiki. Suddenly everything gets deleted for no reason whatsoever.
Please continue to help Yoruba Wikipedia! In the past I have assisted people to start communities on the Zulu and Setswana Wikipedias, and I would love to have another good African language project! Just restore your edits and I'll make sure they aren't deleted as vandalism. Yoo dara o. PiRSquared17 (ọ̀rọ̀) 02:30, 3 Oṣù Kejì 2013 (UTC)Reply
OK, thanks. I will continue to contribute as much as I can. :)
"Se e feran Geesi ju Yoruba lo?" means "Do you prefer to use English or Yoruba?", doesn't it? I wish I spoke more languages, but unfortunately I can't really speak Yoruba except for what I can look up in dictionaries. :( Obviously I would prefer the articles here to be written in Yoruba though, as this is the Yoruba wiki. But thank you for continuing to contribute! I'm sure it will have benefits for people in Nigeria and West Africa. :) PiRSquared17 (ọ̀rọ̀) 02:55, 3 Oṣù Kejì 2013 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that's roughly what it means. I asked if the person likes English more than Yoruba, because I replaced the English text with Yoruba.
I don't know what it means, but here's an explanation for the revert: [1]. PiRSquared17 (ọ̀rọ̀) 04:12, 4 Oṣù Kejì 2013 (UTC)Reply
While agba would probably be the best word (my bad really), it doesn't justify reverting the whole edit. That's just lazy.
You can just fix the current version if you think there's a problem. :) If you have more comments, ask User talk:Demmy (in English or Yoruba). PiRSquared17 (ọ̀rọ̀) 14:58, 5 Oṣù Kejì 2013 (UTC)Reply
