Thanks for helping to mop the mess here. Could you please restore the above page? I do not see any reason why it should be deleted. Yes the page was originally added by a vandal but it has been improved (it's a good stub). It does not qualify for deletion per your rationale "compulsive vandal adding empty pages cross wiki". This rationale may be a good one to block the vandal but I am not sure it's a good one to delete the above article. May I respectfully ask you to restore the page?.
