Binta Masi Garba (Wọ́n bí i lọ́jọ́ kẹtàdínlógún oṣù kẹrin ọdún 1967) jẹ́ gbajúmọ̀ oselu, pàràkòyí oníṣòwò àti àti aṣàkóso, tí ó jẹ́ aṣòfin-àgbà tí ó ń ṣojú ẹkùn ìdìbò apá àríwá ní Ìpínlẹ̀ Adamawa láti ọdún 2025.
